The badge reel plastic bases are not made by myself. I purchase them from a company who makes the best quality ones I have found. Each one is tested by myself before use, but on a very rare occasion, one may become defective after several uses. I do offer a 60 day warranty on them. If yours does break in this time frame, please contact me on Etsy and send me a photo of the damaged reel. I will send out a replacement to you.
These are lightweight reels and are not designed to hold a lot of weight. I do offer heavy duty badge reels in the shop.

We ship all of our domestic and international packages by USPS first class package mail. Once your package has been taken to the post office and scanned in as accepted we are no longer responsible for any lost packages. A tracking number will be provided for you to keep you updated on where your package is. In the event that your package is lost or marked delivered and you didn’t receive it you need to contact your local post office and have them track the package for you. Insurance can be purchased to cover for loss in case your package doesn’t reach you at an additional cost. Please contact us prior to placing your order to have this option set up for you.
